Shipping

All orders are dispatched by courier via DPD Local. UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10, regardless of order size. For overseas orders, costs are calculated at checkout.

Turnaround times

All orders are printed on demand, so please allow a short lead time of three days before your order is handed to DPD. Delivery usually takes a further three days thereafter. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not account for weekends or bank holidays.

Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please email will@nonotes.xyz within 30 days of receiving it, and include your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in question. We can only process refunds for prints that are returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying documentation including the Certificate of Authenticity. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping, and we are unable to refund any import taxes that may have been incurred.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Unfortunately, orders can occasionally be damaged in transit. If you notice any issues when your order arrives, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing will@nonotes.xyz
